The traffic noise from the busy A55 is audible in the front facing rooms.

I'd give it more than 3 stars, everything was really good. Brand-new & well-appointed room, extra easy chairs and tea, coffee in there. The staff were competent and knowledgeable made my stay good.

I recently stayed at this hotel while visiting the area, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. the hotel's location on the westbound carriageway of the A55 was very convenient for me, especially since I was driving. It made it easy to find and also offered quick access to nearby attractions. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They always had a smile on their faces and were attentive to my needs. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with all the necessary facilities. I especially appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities, which allowed me to enjoy a warm cuppa whenever I wanted. Finally, the breakfast offered a good variety of options, from fresh fruit to a cooked breakfast. It was a great way to start the day.
All in all, there was nothing major that stood out as needing improvement at this hotel.

Highly professional and spotlessly clean hotel with extremely helpful staff from a friendly member of staff. Very pleasant building and rooms with sofa bed. Approximately 20 minutes' drive from airport.

Nothing too much trouble, we thoroughly enjoyed this accommodation and would recommend. Had really nice stay at this very reasonably priced hotel and the weather was lovely. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

Quiet hotel, I liked ideal location and great value rooms. Everything was good as expected, nevertheless the bathroom was very small.
Some of the staff were not experienced.
